Individual Therapy

In individual somatic healing therapy, we'll work one-on-one, at your pace. This is a confidential space where you can explore your feelings, process your trauma, and develop coping strategies. We'll focus on treating sexual trauma by addressing the root causes of your pain and helping you to understand and overcome the impact of sexual abuse trauma. 

Group Therapy

The power of shared experience can be profound. Group therapy provides a supportive environment where you can connect with other survivors of sexual trauma. You'll find understanding, encouragement, and a sense of community as you navigate your healing journey together. 

Workshops

My groups and classes are designed to empower you with knowledge and practical tools. Through education and experiential exercises, you'll learn how to manage triggers, build self-esteem, and cultivate healthy relationships. 

My 12-Week Program

My 12-week program offers a comprehensive approach to overcoming sexual trauma. This program is specifically designed for treating sexual abuse trauma, offering a structured path towards deep and lasting healing. It’s designed to help you: 

  • Process your trauma: We'll gently and safely guide you through the process of acknowledging, understanding, and healing from your past. 

  • Develop healthy coping mechanisms: You'll learn effective tools to manage anxiety, flashbacks, and other challenges that arise after sexual trauma. 

  • Build self-esteem: Rediscover your worth and cultivate self-compassion. 

  • Improve your relationships: Learn how to build healthy, trusting relationships and establish strong boundaries. 

If you're struggling with the pain of betrayal by a partner, I also offer specialized therapy for treating trauma from sexual betrayal.   

We'll work through the complex emotions and help you find the best healing modality for sexual trauma that works specifically for you.
